Win Loyd was liked by all. He had an even keeled, warm, laid back, friendly demeanor, which was an anomaly in WABC's high pressure, ratings & revenue driven environment. Win was our Director of Engineering & Chief Engineer, an executive level position with a rare corner office. Win Loyd is an unsung hero who spearheaded our engineering team which gave WABC that legendary technical sound. His contributions to the market dominance of Musicradio 77 WABC cannot be overstated.
