Dear Mrs. Olbis, Please accept my condolances. I worked with you and Jack one season (while Jack was recieving his treatments)in about 1989 and have great respect for him and you as being very good and kind good people and good farmers. On a trip home to NJ a few years ago I visited with Jack and purchased his old bedmaker and brought it back it back to Indianapolis and use it each season since. I did have the pleasure of visiting with Jack one afternoon a year or two after buying the bedmaker and throughly enjoyed our visit and talk. I well rememeber a trip Jack, your brother-in-law Fred and I took to visit Edgar Meghan in Delaware - we had a really enjoyable day and I treasure that memory. He was a gentleman, a talented grower and well respected by his peers. Jack will be missed and I will keep you in my thoughts. I regret that I am not able to attend his service. Sincerely, Todd l.
