To Neal, Mary Jo and Susan: My heartfelt condolences go out to you and your children at this difficult time. Though it has been many years since the Scotto Aunts and cousins were all in the same place at the same time, my memories of large, backyard picnics and BBQs linger. None of these gatherings were complete without Aunt Susie there, laughing and describing in detail her latest job or school courses, offering the "younger generation's" point of view. When Susie was around, I relied on her to interpret the lively conversations my Mom had with her siblings and Grandma, all spoken in vivacious Italian at family food feasts with 60's -70's sensibilities and no air conditioning! Susie was my aunt, but more like a cousin and she will be fondly remembered for her smile , laughter and love of all things family, New Jersey and Italian-American culture. May she rest in peace, at last, in Freehold and in heaven. God bless you all. Love, Patty
