Dear Kelly and all the Connelly family, My heart is hurting with the loss of your sweet sweet mom… hard to believe it was 47 years ago we met at my first job at Perkins. We always admired Margaret's passionate zest for life....and her happy, smiling attitude. She must have been an amazing mom and grandmother, because her family obviously adored her. Are there even enough words to fully describe what an amazing woman, friend, mother, grandmother, great grandmother Margaret was. I, without a doubt in my mind, know that she immediately went to heaven and started dancing, laughing and loving on all those who have past before her. I am saddened and utterly heart broken that she has left us, but I feel I need to honor her with a smile, a laugh, a "cheers", and a twirl on the dance floor! She will be fiercely missed but she will live on in the memories and in the hearts of all those who had the honor to have known her.

Mark Kolessar To the Connelly Clan, Margaret was an amazing woman. When they say someone is beautiful inside and out Margaret is that person. I worked with Margaret and family for many years at Perkins and was privileged to be included amongst their friends. We shared many laughs together. Margaret defied age in both terms of spunk and looks. It is such a shame for the world and family. She will be sorely missed and a void that no one can fill. The Connelly’s are a family who exemplify the word family.Deeply loyal, loving and devoted to each other .My deepest condolences.I write this with tears my eyes . Miss you already Houlihan! For the entire Connelly family, losing your Mom and Grammy that had so much love and laughter to give to all of you and anyone that had the privilege to know her is such a loss for everyone. Margaret was the epitome of class, pride, care, love, laughter, and beauty. When Margaret walked into a room everyone knew she was there. She had the gift of giving of all of herself to anyone that surrounded her. She was and always will be a Light! For me, she was full of wisdom, kindness, understanding and forgiveness. She was always fun!! We did cartwheels together on a dance floor, couldn't even believe she upstaged me. 16 years between us. I was lucky in my life to have received a handwritten letter and poem from Margaret in a very difficult time in my life that arrived at just the perfect time that I needed to hear from someone that just lifted me up and made me stronger. I still have it! So, to this great family that had this woman picked from God above to have all of you as part of her life, she was an amazing human, amazing woman, amazing friend, amazing Mom and Grammy. I wish all of you every kind of peace you can gather together as a family. Margaret Connelly is the kind of beautiful human I always wanted to aspire to be. My love to all of her family. Frankie
