To Karen's family: My mother was a close friend of Karen over the course of many decades. They knew each other through Women's Physicians & Surgeons. I also grew up knowing Karen, as any friend of my Mother's was well-known in our household. Karen was a fun, loving, caring, generous friend. She will be dearly missed by my Mother Celeste.
