Obituary of Sheryl Victoria Einsiedler

Sheryl Victoria Einsiedler of Howell, NJ, age 55 On Friday, February 19, 2021, Sheryl Victoria Einsiedler passed away peacefully with her family by her side. She was born and raised in Laurence Harbor before moving to Howell. Sheryl was a devout Catholic and had a heart the size of the sun. She reached out to help others in any way that she could. She had the ability to take any bad situation and always see the positive side. She was a believer in forgiveness and second chances. She loved to laugh and her laughter was genuine and heartfelt. She loved playing the guitar, writing poetry, and spending time with her family & horses. She had the soul of a saint. When you wanted to comfort her, she would end up comforting you instead. Sheryl never met any strangers in life. She only met friends that she hadn’t met yet. She touched everyone she came in contact with in ways that can only touch the heart. To know Sheryl was to love her. She also had a great love and talent for photography. She could take a picture of nature and make it seem as if you could just reach out and touch it. They were truly breathtaking. The following are her words regarding her work. “My work expresses all that is beautiful, the appreciation of life and the acceptance that death is part of life. In the solemn peace and serenity of wildlife and nature, there is a uniting with God like nowhere else. When I take photos of any living creature, I feel closest to God and all his mighty wonders bring me closer to the end of time, a time well spent and in touch with life and how short it really is... life's full circle.” ~ Angel Cher Sheryl's short life has now come full circle and she will be missed until the end of time. Sheryl was greeted at heaven’s door by her husband, Otto Einsiedler who passed away in 2001; her brother, Thomas Xavier in 2006; and her paternal grandmother, Victoria Coppinger in 1995. Those that must now mourn the loss of this beautiful soul are her daughter, Crystal and her husband, Michael Fiorenze; grandchildren, Aidan, Ren, and Laurel Fiorenze; sister-in-law, Kelli Coppinger; mother and father, Nina and Thomas Coppinger; brother, Brian; and her sisters, Kim and her husband Salvatore Tagliarino, Desiree and Dawn Coppinger; and many nieces, nephews, and friends. She also leaves behind her beloved horses Tux and Try Yahooty Blu, and her poodle, Benny. Visitation will be held at Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Tuesday, February 23 from 4 pm to 7 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Saint Rose of Lima Church 16 McLean Street, Freehold at 10:30 am on Wednesday, February 24 with an interment to follow.
