Dear Aunt Jenny,
We love u and miss u too much...you are gone too soon. Thank you for always being there and present... Supportive and encouraging... for TJ and myself and our family. Thank you for coming to visit us at our home in the Catskills..and always welcoming us when we came over to visit you in Jersey I'll be here awhile ago. Thank you for all the long talks every time I've seen you for the good advice and for a friendly family listening ear.
I was going to add all the pictures that we took when you were here at our home but my phone broke long story sadly so many pictures are gone but they're in my mind's eye you're pretty smiling face and all your hugs. You have always been a great source of encouragement and empowerment to me. Thank you for teaching me how to cook a Trinidadian dish.
Something that I will always remember is every time I've seen you over the last 28 years, the running joke was that you could never say that old school song, "Whoop There It Is" lol, you would always say "Whoops"there it is...lol...smh... and I always joke with you about every time I have seen you over the years. Thank you for all the Christmas cards you sent over the years, thank you for the phone calls, you have been beacon of light and blessing to me and TJ and our Russell family. you being in our home spending the whole day until the night with us with such a great blessing it meant so much to have you here visiting us checking on us counseling us it meant everything! I'm so upset that you are gone, as we all are but I'm glad to look up at my fireplace on the mantle and see you and talk to you there. Sleep in power, sleep in peace!! I love you, your niece Mrs.Michele Russell & family in Jesus name...Amen!
