To My Cousin Justin & Poppy Al, I am truly sorry for your loss and for the pain you both must feel. I know there are no words I can write or say to make it go away, although I wish there was. Deeply sorry to hear about the loss of such an amazing woman! Michelle was the biggest part of my recovery when I entered Advanced Health! When I shared with her that I had come back to NJ from Arkansas for treatment, she made it a point to share with me her experience of living in Oklahoma. I felt so out of place because I didn't fit it with others while wearing my cowgirl boots and having a southern accent! She understood me like no other and made me feel so comfortable! Her warm heart and passion for helping those who battle the disease of addiction was such a gift. I know in my heart that Michelle is a gift from God that was placed in my life and so many others! Because of this beautiful woman, I came out of my cacoon, grew my wings, and learned to fly! I will forever hold her close in my heart and miss her terribly! To the family, I am so very sorry for your lost! My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at such a time! She will be among the Angels in Heaven shedding light for us all! Today I learned a lesson in the value of time. Life took us in different directions and I lost track of you, my dear friend Michelle. Today I learned that you are gone and my efforts to find you are too little, too late. I'm sorry for that dear friend. I'm thankful for the years of friendship we did have and I'm thankful that I was blessed to have such a sweet, kind and loving person as my friend. I will keep you in my heart, until we meet again <3
