Miss Vera Macon, Words cannot even begin to express the heartfelt thanks I feel when I think about how you embraced and loved on me when I was a newcomer to Freehold, new wife and new Mother. You came along at a time when I needed another mother, even though you had your own, you loved me and I sure do appreciate it. Through your example of kindness and generosity, you taught me how to love God, because you modeled what being a woman of God was all about. You gave me the tools to be a good mother and you showed me that hard work and perseverance pays off. Rest well Mother Vera. Your good deeds will and has lived through generations. God has called you home and we can rest assured that He is saying "Well done, my faithful servant. Well done!
