Pat was my first supervisor at the sheriff's office and multiple times afterwards and I can say without doubt, he was the best one I ever had in nearly 30 years working there. I don't know of anyone who didn't like him or had anything negative to say about him. He loved his children very much and always spoke affectionately about them. My condolences to his family for their loss. Steve Ellis
