Obituary of Melanie Hope Charron

Melanie Hope Charron, 50, of Red Lion, Pennsylvania died Monday, April 24, 2017 at Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, Hershey, Pennsylvania. She was born in North Adams, Massachusetts and had resided in Manalapan Township and Williamstown, Mass. before moving to Pennsylvania. She was a financial advisor for Smith Barney, Morganville. Melanie was a supporter of the ASPCA and 180 Turning Lives Around. She enjoyed her grandchildren, dogs, cooking, gardening, the outdoors, and feeding the deer. She was known to help all her family and friends. Her home was always open to those who needed to talk. Her large family meals will be missed. She was predeceased by her mother, Ethel Bullett, in 2010. Surviving are two daughters and sons-in-law, Cassandra and Josh Baum and Christa and Anthony Bernardo; her father and stepmother, Robert and Nancy Delisle; a sister, B.J. Lang; and four grandchildren, Anthony, Jr., Carmela Melanie, Arianna, and Valentina. The viewing will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Monday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. followed by funeral services at 1:00 p.m. The interment will follow at Old Tennent Cemetery, Tennent.
