Obituary of Jeanne G.M. Bowles

Jeanne G.M. Bowles, 69 of Freehold went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 5, 2007 at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch. Born in New York City, New York she lived in Rosedale, New York prior to moving to Freehold 17 years ago. Ms. Bowles was a receptionist for J.C. Penney, Freehold for 12 years, retiring three years ago. She was a member of St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, Freehold. Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, John C. and Colleen Bowles, Buffalo, New York; four brothers, George (Sonny) Lee, Kingsland, Georgia, Michael Lee, Franklin Park, and David and Shun Lee, both of Port St. Lucie, Florida; four sisters, Patricia Paulin, Uniondale, New York, and Rosalind, Sheilah and Dorothy Lee, all of Freehold; and two granddaughters, Chloe and Arames Bowles. Relatives and friends may call at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Thursday, July 12, 2007 2:00 to 4:00 P.M. and 7:00 to 9:00 P.M. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 10:00 A.M. at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Rockville Cemetery, Lynbrook, New York.
