I had the pleasure to work with Bob for many years. In that time I have never met a more honorable man. He was always giving of his time and efforts to help so many people and causes. He was a man of his word and had a smile and a hand shake for everyone. I was a pleasure working with him and he will be missed by everyone he touched. I am a better person to have known him.

To Bob Coutts, a proud veteran, a gentleman, A friend and a leader in many walks of life! A WARRIOR FALLEN Little can be said of deeds of men Wo'll ne'er have the will to fight; For they are weak in strength and spirit And are fearful of God's might. 'Tis the lonely warrior who'll wield God's sword That stands proudly in His everlasting light Upon Life's battlefield. God honors those who've been dealt Life's blows But stand ready for the fray; He offers each his armor of truth and staff of strength To meet those who betray. God's strongesr weapon - the Gift of Love Has left legions before in awe. 'Tis God's true grace we must indeed feel, And what this fallen warrior saw. Fighting the challenge of Life's stern battles Often leaves one taunt and weak But undying Love after each true test Is all that God will seek. Our warrior has fallen to death's final grip But his strength will guide us through, For he marches on with God's beloved throngs Who have fought life's battles too.

Bob will always be remembered and spoken of as a gentleman, a true 'gentle' man. When I was looking for a new office, back in the late nineties, Bob was there to open his doors and create new business opportunities for me. Bob extended his help and support to so many, never expecting anything in return. He had a heart of gold. I was glad to work under Bob as my broker and be a part of the vast network he had built over the years. Later, when the roles were reversed and I became his Broker, Bob, ever so gallant continued to spread the team spirit throughout our office for several more years before retiring. His incredible stamina kept him actively involved in real estate matters well into his eighties. Bob had so many qualities and so many passions. He was a great photographer and an incredibly knowledgeable appraiser. He and I shared a love for gardening. We were all cheered by his roses, lilacs and other flowers he brought in the office to brighten our day!On a couple occasions I had the pleasure of hearing Bob sing. Bob had a real gift, what a melodious voice Bob had! Bob was a proud man and a proud veteran. When Bob worked on the "Freehold Beautiful" program for the Borough, a town dear to his heart, he asked that a flag pole hole be placed in front of our office to display our nation's flag. While working at RE/MAX, Bob, religiously took on the task of displaying the flag early in the morning and retrieving it at night before he left. He never neglected this task and kept the tradition going for years! There are so many memories, too many to enumerate. Let it be known that Bob was indeed a wonderful human being, loved by so many. His loving presence among us will be missed. Bob, may you rest in peace, you were loved! Roz
