Obituary of Dorothy Joan Brown
Dorothy Joan Brown, 74, of Toms River died Tuesday, June 28, 2011 at St. Barnabas Medical Center, Livingston. She was born in Passaic and had resided in Toms River for the past 11 years.
She was the proprietor of Once Is Not Enough, Spring Lake.
She was a communicant of St. Maximilian Kolby R.C. Church, Toms River.
Surviving are her husband, Timothy Rohan; two sons, Robert Brown, Jr. and wife Sherrie and Thomas Brown and wife Lisa; two daughters, Susan Casaceli and Tracy Brown and her fiancé David Cole; her stepchildren, Karen Pattman and husband Michael, Robert Hirzel and wife Denise, Timothy Rohan and wife Michele, Eva-Anna Valles and husband Dannie, AnnaLisa Carcaldi and husband Alfred, and Master Sgt. Blaise Rohan, U.S.A.F. and wife Bridgett; her six younger brothers, Edwin, Jerry, Matthew, Brian, William, and Eugene Quinn; 24 grandchildren; and a great grandchild.
Visiting will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Friday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at St. Rose of Lima Church, Freehold on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or ARC of Bergen and Passaic Counties would be appreciated.
