Obituary of Madeline F. Castro

Madeline F. Castro, 65, of Freehold Township died February 22, 2016 at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. She was born in Long Branch and was a lifelong resident of the Freehold area. She was predeceased by two grandchildren, Demetria Wilson and Darnell Wilson. Surviving are her husband, Felix S. Castro; a daughter, Donna Wilson Wynn; her stepchildren, Felicia Wilson and Billy Wilson; three sisters, Jean Lewis, Elizabeth Wilson, and Deborah Mercer; grandchildren, Dion Wilson, Donny Wilson, Quentin Wynn, and Kaylee Wynn; and two great grandchildren, Dion Wilson, Jr. and Anna Leeyah Powell. Funeral services will be held at Bethel A.M.E. Church, 3 Waterworks Road, Freehold on Friday at 1:00 p.m. followed by interment at Old Tennent Cemetery, Tennent. The viewing will be held at the church on Friday from noon to 1:00 p.m. Higgins Memorial Home, Freehold is in charge of arrangements.
