Obituary of Samuel Atkinson

Samuel Atkinson, 68, of Neptune Township died Sunday, December 11, 2011 at Neptune Rehabilitation and Care Center, Neptune Township. He was born in Monmouth County and was raised in the Woodsville section of Manalapan Township. He was a retired truck driver. Surviving are two sons, Terrance Wright and Anthony Wright; three daughters, Stephanie Jackson, Danielle Martin, and Ina White; three brothers, Joseph, Anthony and David Atkinson; two sisters, Cherry Burkes and Doris Atkinson; and five grandchildren. Visiting will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, Freehold on Monday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
