Obituary of Walter J. Gollinge

Walter J. Gollinge, 70, of Freehold Township died Thursday, February 9, 2012 at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. He was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. Walter was a graduate of Fordham University. He was vice president and comptroller of Worth Publishers Inc., New York City. He was a communicant of St. Rose of Lima Church, Freehold. He was a generous donor to many organizations and charities. He was predeceased by a granddaughter, Meghan Andreas and a sister, Agnes Lenski. Surviving are his wife, Jean Paganello Gollinge; his children, Donna Andreas and her husband Francis, Mark Gollinge and his wife Cindi, and Paul Gollinge; a brother, Richard Gollinge and his wife Pat; 12 grandchildren, Paul, Matthew, Danielle, and Tyler Andreas, Christopher, Daulton, and Andrew Gollinge, and Lindsay, Alexis, Samantha, Christina, and Gianna Gollinge and their mother Dawn; three great grandchildren, Natalia, Joseph, and Rayna; a special family friend, Janet Maghan Aumann.; and many nieces, nephews, and friends. Private family services were held under the direction of the Higgins Memorial Home, Freehold. Memorial donations to the American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
