Obituary of Frederick White

Frederick White, 68, of Freehold died Monday, February 13, 2012 at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. He was born in Neptune Township and was a lifelong Freehold resident. He was a bus driver for Monmouth County SCAT. Prior to that he was a truck driver for Weyerhaeuser Company, Freehold. Mr. White was a member of the Bethel A.M.E. Church, Freehold where he was treasurer of the usher board and member of the kitchen committee. He was predeceased by a son, Keith White who died in 2005; his parents, Hilliard and Virginia Gill White; and siblings, Jesse, Hilliard, Jr. and Samora. Surviving are his wife Ann Jackson White; a son Erick White; a daughter-in-law, Sonia White; five brothers, Albert, Jack, Eugene, Sylvester, and Paul; three sisters, Dorothy, Phyllis and Shakeera; a granddaughter, Kayla Amaya White; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. The viewing will be held at the Bethel A.M.E. Church, Freehold on Friday from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Funeral services will be held at the church at 11:00 a.m. followed by interment at Maplewood Cemetery, Freehold.
