Obituary of Albert Thomas Parker

Albert Thomas Parker, age 87, of Toms River, passed away Saturday, March 10, 2012 at Community Medical Center, Toms River. He was born in Newark and lived in Newark and Fords before moving to Toms River. He was a retired member of Roofers Local #4. He was a U.S. Army veteran serving during World War II. Beloved husband of Harriet Mae Hall Parker, loving and devoted father to Thomas Robert, the late Glenn Allen, Debra Jean Parker Jones Radice and husband John (Jack) Radice, Todd Richard, Gregory Paul, Douglas William and Scott Jeffrey. Father-in-law to Joann, Diane, Audrey and Marissa Parker. Grandfather to Joseph Jones, Christine Jones Letourneau, Jacqueline Parker, Gregory Parker Jr., Danielle Radice, Jennifer Parker, Jadie Parker, Janel Parker, Justin Parker, Scott Parker , Casey Parker, and Ryan Parker. Great grandfather of Rebekah (Beka), Terry John (TJ), Benjamin, Joshua, Jonathan Letourneau and Thomas (Tommy) Jack Radice O’Brien. Brother to the late Ralph, Thomas, Beatrice Del Sordo, Dorothy Plavka and surviving sisters Elizabeth Iorio and Doris Barbera. A memorial service will take place at a later date from The Church of the Nazarene, Route 37, Toms River, NJ. Al lived a very simple life. His main love was his wife and family. He will live in the hearts and memories of all who loved and knew him.
