Obituary of Staci Michelle Bennett

Staci Michelle Bennett, 42, of Waretown died Monday, March 26, 2012, at the Southern Ocean Medical Center, Manahawkin. She was born to Sheila and Charles Gelfond, in Livingston, N.J., on Aug. 11, 1969. Staci graduated from Marlboro High School, with the class of 1987. She also completed some college at the University of Maryland. She enjoyed spending time with her children, as they were her pride and joy. Staci also loved anything to do with sports. Staci is survived by her parents, Charles, and Sheila Gelfond; her sons, Josh, and Justin; her sisters, Lori Hornacek, and Randi Hinkes; her brother-in-law, Edward “Buddy” Hornacek; as well as many beautiful nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, March 28, 2012, at 12 p.m., at the Higgins Memorial Home, Freehold, with service conducted by Rabbi Dennis Tobin. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested contributions be made to her two sons, Josh and Justin, to assist them in their higher education.
