Obituary of Marilyn J. McCallion

Marilyn J. McCallion, 72, of Jackson Township died Monday, April 02, 2012 at Ocean Medical Center, Brick Township. Mrs. McCallion was born in Staten Island, N.Y. and had resided in Marlboro before moving to Westlake in Jackson. She was a communicant of St. Aloysius Church, Jackson and a former communicant of St. Gabriel’s Church, Marlboro. Mrs. McCallion was a former member of Bella Vista County Club and Battleground Country Club. Her husband, Bernard McCallion, died in 2000. Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Christopher and Karen McCallion; two daughters and sons-in-law, Jayne and Richard Petrizzo and Pamela and Kevin McPaul; six grandchildren, Julie, Lindsey, Kevin, Sean, Caitlin and Megan; and her companion, Harry Schneider. Visiting hours will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Wednesday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. followed by interment at St. Gabriel’s Cemetery, Marlboro.
