Obituary of Arlene Tootie Miller
Arlene “Tootie” Miller, 73, of Jackson Township died with her family by her side on Tuesday, July 17, 2012 at Community Medical Center, Toms River. Mrs. Miller was born in Long Branch and had resided in Jackson Township most of her life.
Her greatest joy in life was spending time with her family.
Her husband, Roland Miller, died in 2009. She was also predeceased by two grandchildren.
Surviving are four sons and daughters-in-law, Roland Jr. and Marie, Fred and Anne, Scott and Denise, and Rodney and Renee; a daughter and son-in-law, Lori and Fred Pollin; a brother, Harold Borden; a sister, Kathy Williams; 13 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and her dog, Rusty.
The viewing will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Friday from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. followed by interment at Old Tennent Cemetery, Tennent. Memorial donations to the Disable American Veterans would be appreciated.
