I found out the year after he past. It ate at me that something was wrong, I kept seeing his face everyday, but it hurt. It wasn't like when I normally see him, I wasn't happy. Then I knew what was to come after that. I didn't make it and I knew I wasn't. I would have given anything just to tell him thank you, To tell him how strong he was, smiling is hard to do sometimes.
