Mrs. Whitehouse was more than a superb teacher and gifted writer. For so many of us who attended NBHS, she was a mentor, a supporter and a wonderful friend with an unfailing smile and a great sense of humor. The many things she taught us years ago are still valued and being used. She leaves a legacy of so many who remember her with love and gratitude.
