Obituary of Catherine C. Lindsay

Catherine C. Lindsay, 95, of Freehold died Wednesday, October 3, 2012 at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. Mrs. Lindsay was born in Newark and had resided in Freehold for the past 12 years. She was a communicant of St. Rose of Lima R. C. Church, Freehold and assisted with Mass at Hudson Manor. She was predeceased by her loving husband of 56 years, Maurice H. Lindsay. Surviving are two sons, Timothy Lindsay and his wife Jacqueline and Thomas Lindsay and his wife Joy; two daughters, Kathleen Pearson and Gladys DeLuca and her husband Roy; eight grandchildren, Kenneth, Karen, Kevin, and Kristen Pearson, Joseph DeLuca, Megan Lopes and Paul and Audrey Lindsay; and two great grandchildren, Briana and Kyra Pearson. Visiting will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Friday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. A prayer service will on Friday at 7:00 p.m. Family and friends are invited to gather at the funeral home on Saturday at 9:30 a.m. The interment will follow at Hollywood Memorial Park, Union.
