Obituary of Betty McGee

Betty McGee, 78, of Freehold Township died Wednesday, November 21, 2012 at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. Mrs. McGee was born in Blairsville, Illinois. She was the widow of James D. McGee. She was also predeceased by a son, Stephan M. McGee. Continuing her legacy are her children, James McGee, Anita Katz and husband Stuart, Jerry McGee and wife Linda, Doug McGee and wife Joanne, and “adopted son” Ulysses Clax; five grandchildren, Dana Frulio and husband Vinnie; Heather Xavier and husband Daniel, and Cody McGee, Dayton Emmons, and Jeremy Seith; five great grandchildren, Giulianna, Casey, Emily, Zoey, and Peyton; and a sister, Eva Ludean Christiansen and husband Ted. The viewing will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Monday from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. A celebration of her life will be held at 11:00 a.m. followed by interment at Old Tennent Cemetery, Tennent.
