Obituary of Jane M. Normann

Jane M. Normann, 82, of Howell Township died Tuesday, January 22, 2013 at Ocean Medical Center, Brick Township. Mrs. Normann was born in Ocean Township and had resided in Howell Township for the past 62 years. Mrs. Normann was a member of the Howell Historical Society and the Jerseyville Grange. Mrs. Normann will be missed by her many friends. She was well known for baking homemade apple pies. Her husband, Karl F. Normann, died in 1993. She was also predeceased by a daughter Lorraine Boyce in 2010. Surviving are four sons, Walter Normann and his wife Cathy, Karl Normann, Jr., Bruce Normann, and Albert Normann; a daughter, Holly Oberfield and her husband Craig; a son-in-law, George Boyce; 15 grandchildren, Kim Tarnowski, Jason, Karl III, Kyle, and Caitlin Normann, Justin, Aaron, Johanna and Heather Boyce, Katie Novick, Lynann Roman, Bradford Brandon, and Brent, Kaylee, and Cole Oberfield; and 12 great grandchildren. The viewing will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Saturday from 2:00 to 6: 00 p.m. Interment services will be held at Fernwood Cemetery, Jamesburg on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. Memorial donations to the Howell Historical Society, 427 Lakewood-Farmingdale Road, Howell, NJ 07731 would be appreciated.
