Obituary of Barbara L. Nelson

Barbara L. Nelson, 86 of Brick died Sunday, March 17, 2013 at her home. Born in Elmira, N.Y. she lived in Freehold before moving to Brick 7 years ago. Barbara was a Certified Nurses’ Aide for The Manor, Freehold , before her retirement in 1992. Barbara was predeceased by her husband John in 2003. She is survived by three sons and two daughters-in-laws; John, Freehold; Ralph and Bonnie, Brick and Martin and Nina , Freehold; one sister, Gloria Yarger, Port St. Lucie, Florida, seven grandchildren and one great grandchild. Services will be held privately. Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold, is in charge of arrangements.
