Obituary of Sylvia Day

Sylvia Day, 80, of Monroe Township passed away on Monday, April 29, 2013 at her Daughter’s home in Cranbury. Born in Manalapan Township, she lived in Smithburg prior to moving to Monroe Township in 1985. She was predeceased by her son, David Day in 2008. Surviving are two sons, Dennis and Michael Day, both of Monroe Township; five daughters, Denise Stewart and her husband Nathan, Old Bridge, Doris Day, Monroe Township, Lorain and Lynn Day, both of Cranbury, and Victoria Crayton and her husband Evans, Fredericksburg, Virginia; a daughter-in-law, Hattie Day, Columbia, South Carolina; a brother, Sylvester Warren, Freehold; two sisters, Viola Austin and Gloria Davis, both of Freehold; 13 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold is in charge of arrangements.
