Obituary of Elizabeth Margaret Cashion Henderson

Elizabeth Margaret Cashion Henderson, 90, of Whiting died Thursday, May 16, 2013 at Tall Woods, Bayville. Mrs. Henderson was born in Long Branch and had resided in Freehold before moving to Whiting. She was a deli manager at Shop Rite, Freehold where she was employed for 40 years before her retirement. She was predeceased by her first husband, David E. Cashion in 1975 and her second husband, Edward F. Henderson, Sr. in 1994. Surviving are her sons and daughters-in-law, Donald and Sue Lynn Cashion and Wayne and Carol Cashion; two brothers, George Murphy and Robert M. Murphy and his wife, Kathy; two grandsons, Michael and David Cashion; two great grandchildren, Alex and Anna Cashion; her stepchildren, Edward F. Henderson, Jr. and wife Mary Alice, Carol McCarron, and Ann Braz; a brother-in-law, Glenn Cashion and his wife Karen; and many nieces and nephews. Visiting will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Sunday from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at St. Rose of Lima Church, Freehold on Monday at 10:00 a.m. followed by interment at St. Rose of Lima Cemetery.
