Obituary of Joan Cuddihy

Joan Cuddihy, 77, of Howell Township died Saturday, April 30, 2016 at home. Mrs. Cuddihy was born in Manalapan Township and had resided in Howell since 1957. Mrs. Cuddihy was a certified medical assistant for Dr. Gupta for 19 years before her retirement 15 years ago. Surviving are her beloved husband of 60 years, William J. Cuddihy; three sons and daughters-in-law, William Cuddihy, Jr. Paula, Bradley and Mary Gabe, and John and Lisa Cuddihy; two daughters and sons-in-law, Susan and Frank Celano and Linda and Edward LaFontaine; 12 grandchildren; and two great grandchildren; two sisters-in-law, Rita Poll and Barbara Bailey and husband Bill; and a dear friend Kathleen Glovich. The viewing will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Monday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. followed by interment at Old Tennent Cemetery, Tennent.
