Obituary of Catherine Condon

Catherine Condon, of Freehold aged 74, died on August 12, 2013 surrounded by her family. Catherine was born on May 2, 1939 in Orange, NJ daughter of Peter and Mary Naughton. Catherine grew up in Monmouth County, attended St. Rose of Lima School in Freehold and graduated from Freehold Regional High School. In 1960 she married the love of her life Robert V. Condon and raised five children. She dedicated her life to her family. She loved everything Irish, drinking tea and watching sports. Catherine was predeceased in 1986 by her loving husband Robert V. Condon. She is survived by her five children their spouses and her most valued gift, her 10 grandchildren, Karen, Rosh, Ryan and Taylor Ramiz, Robert Jr., Linda and Robert III Condon, Donna, Pete, Jack and Nick Harnisch, Kevin, Jill, Kevin Jr., Brooks and Christian Condon, and Carolyn, Tom, Scott and Kyle Welsh; a brother, Ed Naughton; and a sister, Mary Buckley. Visiting will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Thursday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at St. Rose of Lima Church, Freehold on Friday at 10:00 a.m. followed by interment at the parish cemetery.
