Obituary of Elder Selvin G. McDonald

Elder Selvin G. McDonald, 72, of Aberdeen Township died Sunday, November 3, 2013 at Deborah Heart and Lung Center, Browns Mills. He was born in St. Mary, Jamaica. He served as Pastor of the Macedonia Freehold Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ, Freehold. His survivors include his wife, Evelyn McDonald; five sons, Keith McDonald, Tru-Shaun McDonald, Jereal McDonald, Ramsies McDonald, and Isaac Mayes; and five grandchildren. The viewing will be held at the Bethel A.M.E. Church, 3 Waterworks Road, Freehold on Saturday from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. Funeral services will be held at the church at 10:00 a.m. followed by interment at Shoreland Memorial Gardens, Hazlet. Higgins Memorial Home, Freehold is in charge of arrangements.
