Obituary of Linda Lee Clark
Linda Lee Clark, 70, of Jackson Township died Tuesday, November 5, 2013 at home. She was born in Long Branch and had resided in Freehold before moving to Jackson.
She was a graduate of the Ann May School of Nursing, Neptune.
Mrs. Clark was a licensed practical nurse for MCOSS, Freehold. She was a former teacher’s aide in the Freehold Borough Schools.
She was a communicant of St. Rose of Lima Church, Freehold. She was known for her talents as an excellent crafter.
She was predeceased by a sister, Betty Decher and a daughter-in-law, Lorinda.
Surviving are her husband of fifty years, Gary Clark; four sons, Thomas Clark, Orange Park, Florida, Timothy Clark, Terrance Clark and his fiancé Adelaide Neves, Howell, Gary W. Clark and his wife Jane, Middletown, and Brian Clark and his wife Janine, Jackson Township; a daughter, Janet Clark Powers and her husband Harry, Freehold Township; a sister, Marian Conover, St. Petersburg, Florida; 15 grandchildren, Stephanie, Mary, Lisa, Gary, Jack, Samantha, Kayla, Sheri, Kyle, Caryn, Brianna, Victoria, Jonathan, Kyle, and Tyler; five great grandchildren, Adrianna, Anthony, Steve, Allison, and Kayleigh; and many nieces and nephews.
Visiting will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Sunday from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at St. Rose of Lima Church, Freehold on Monday at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to the Humane Society would be appreciated.
