Loss of husband, father, and Walt was many things to many people, his family most of all. My fondest emory, and I knew him for many years was how he treated my husband when he played 9 holes of golf with him. hus suffered memory loss. Now a guy who could do this often was in my opinion a good human being. My hats off to Walt, God speed. Msg for Bunny , Walt was blessed to have had you by his side for so many years.

Our sons played basketball for Shore Regional in the 80's and always loved when "Zuber" would ref a game. When we texted them about his passing, their responses were: "Oh man, I loved him. His barking the foul calls was great. The end of a legend" Wonderful memories, thought you might like to know. God bless.

I still call him Mr.Zuber. He helped me years ago as a young basketball official and later officiated so many of my basketball games when I coached in Wall. He was a class act and very professional in every aspect. We saw each other at many of The Sports Alumni meetings we had each month. God bless him and his entire family. He is now with the Lord in his eternal kingdom.

Only recently learned of the passing of Mr. Zuber. I was student government president of FTHS in 1974 when Mr. Zuber was principal. I came to admire and respect him for his high standards, personal qualities and fairness in dealing with students. I believe the lessons he taught will live on in his students. My sincere condolences to his family.
