Obituary of Anuncia Riobo

Anuncia Riobo, 101, of Toms River died Monday, January 6, 2014 at Community Medical Center, Toms River. Mrs. Riobo was born in Orense, Spain and had resided in Newark and Freehold before moving to Toms River in 1988. She was a communicant of St. Maximilian Kolbe R.C. Church, Berkeley Township. Her husband, Antonio B. Riobo, died in 2000. A nephew, Lt. Colonel Adolph “Al” Perez, U.S. Army (Ret.) died on December 30, 2013. Surviving are a nephew, Marc Perez and his wife Helen, Freehold Township; a niece, Nieves Sobrino, Oyster Bay, N.Y., many great nieces and nephews. The viewing will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Friday from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at St. Robert Bellarmine Church, 61 Georgia Road, Freehold Township at 10:00 a.m. followed entombment at St. Rose of Lima Mausoleum, Freehold.
