Obituary of Margaret Boe

Margaret Boe, 89, of Howell Township died Wednesday, January 15, 2014 at Ocean Medical Center, Brick Township. Mrs. Boe was born in New York City and resided in Queens, N.Y. before moving to Howell 50 years ago. She was employed at the 3M Company, Freehold Township before her retirement. Mrs. Boe was a communicant of St. Martha’s Church, Point Pleasant. Her husband, George Boe, died in 1989. Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Bruce and Lori Malcolm; four daughters, Lorraine Woodbury and husband Harold, Marie Brehm and husband Thomas, Barbara Scott and husband Harry, Laura Johnstone and Luis Cartagena, Jr.; a brother, William Norton; eight grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren. Services will be held at the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Arneytown on Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to diabetes research or breast cancer research would be appreciated.
