Obituary of Ida L. Sahabu

Ida L. Sahabu, 85, of Manalapan Township died Tuesday at Capital Heath Regional Medical Center, Trenton. She was born in Indonesia. Mrs. Sahabu was a communicant of St. Joseph’s Church, Millstone Township. She was predeceased by her husband, M. Sahabu, a son, Martinus Sahabu and a great granddaughter. Surviving are four sons, Jusuf Sahabu, Herianto Sahabu, Ivan Sahabu, and Krisna Sahabu; five daughters, Lucia Tjetjep, Elisa Lessiohadi, Rosma Chan, Effie Glowacki, and Rahmaya Sahabu, 14 grandchildren; and six great grandchildren. The viewing will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Sunday from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at St. Joseph’s Church, Millstone Township on Monday at 10:00 a.m. followed by interment at St. Joseph’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Capital Institute for Neuroscience, 750 Brunswick Ave., Trenton, NJ 08638 would be appreciated.
