Obituary of Albert Falkner

Albert “Sonny” Falkner, 70, of Freehold died Wednesday, May 14, 2014 at Care One at Wall. He was born in Absecon and a communicant of St. Rose of Lima Church, Freehold. Sonny worked for Ideal Way Moving Company in Lakewood before his retirement. Surviving are two daughters, Kimberley Falkner and Christine Falkner Alpert and her husband Matthew; and three grandchildren, Jack, Luke, and Lola. The viewing will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Monday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at St. Rose of Lima Church, Freehold on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. followed by interment at St. Rose of Lima Cemetery. Memorial donations in lieu of flowers may be made to the National Stroke Association.
