Obituary of Nicolas D. Scarano

Nicolas D. Scarano, 31, of Englishtown passed away suddenly on June 2, 2014. Born in Freehold Township, he was a lifelong resident of Englishtown. He was a graduate of Manalapan Township High School, Class of 2000, and a graduate of Johnson and Whales College, Rhode Island, Class of 2004. Nic was a gentle giant, who had a bright and vibrant smile that people gravitated towards. He was someone that many people looked up to. He loved spending time with his family and friends. He enjoyed life, playing and watching football; and pursuing his dream of being a chef. Nic had a wonderful life, and will be sorely missed and remembered. He was predeceased by his grandfather, John, and his step-grandfather, Laszlo. He leaves behind his parents, Glenn J. and Helen M. Lizak Scarano; his sister, Lacey Scarano; his grandparents; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Services were held privately. Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold was in charge of arrangements.
