Obituary of Molly Clare Kianica

Molly Clare Klanica, dearest daughter of Mary and Dave Klanica, sister to Benjamin and Patrick (PJ) and caretaker of Rocky, Buster, Socks, Garfield and her beloved Romeo passed away on Wednesday June 18th near her home in Freehold, New Jersey. She will be missed by her beloved grandparents Paul and Karen Klanica of Freeport, PA; her grandmother Clara Roberts of Edmonds, WA; and her grandmother Loraine Chambers of Shoreline, WA. She is survived and missed by her many wonderful uncles, aunts and cousins and friends in many places. Molly was born on November 3, 2000 in Mt. Vernon, WA. She grew up in a wonderful neighborhood in Sedro-Woolley, WA with loving neighbors and friends. Molly loved the outdoors, picking blueberries in her “mud” boots and talking endlessly to her best friend, the horse next door, “Big, Bad John”. Molly traveled to Angleton, TX where she made special friends on her street, learned to ride her bike and catch tadpoles in a peanut butter jar. Molly next moved to Belle-Chasse, LA where she explored the local swamps and ditches with her brothers and friends catching tree frogs and running from snakes and alligators in the back canal. Molly next came to Freehold, NJ and lived near the woods of Turkey Swamp Park, a place that was special to her, a place to explore and take comfort in. With her brothers she built forts, had sword fights and played laser tag. Here is where she found her peace. We love you Molly Cuddles, we will always miss you. Hugs and kisses and snuggles forever. Mommy and Daddy, Benjamin and PJ Services will be held on Wednesday June 25th at 11 am at the Faith United Methodist Church, 305 Freeport Street, Delmont, PA 15626. Molly loved flowers and animals and her dream was to adopt all shelter dogs and cats as possible. Donations in her memory may be made at any local PAWS or no-kill animal shelter of your choosing. Higgins Memorial Home, Freehold is in charge of arrangements.
