Obituary of Hazel LaMura

Hazel D. LaMura, 89, of Freehold Township died Monday, July 28, 2014 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. Mrs. LaMura was born in Keansburg and had resided in Marlboro Township before moving to Freehold Township. Mrs. LaMura was a real estate broker and operated Matchmaker Real Estate, Morganville since 1975. She was an active member of the Marlboro and Morganville communities. Her former husband, Joseph C. LaMura, died in 2013. Surviving are her children, Joene Alt, Marlene LaMura and her husband Jeffrey Hall, Melanie Rounds, Jan LaMura, and Joseph LaMura, III; five grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and two great great granddaughters. A memorial gathering will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Wednesday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to the Freehold First Aid Squad or the Morganville First Aid Squad would be appreciated.
