Frank and I attended grade school together in Manalapan back in the 1960's. We later became across the street neighbors on Barkalow Avenue in Freehold in the 1990's. At school, Frank was a "class clown." Frank was always upbeat, funny and popular. It was telling back then that sales was to be the right career for him. He raised a nice family and lived a nice life that ended much too soon. May he rest in peace. - Marc LeVine

Sam and I are so sorry to hear of Franks passing. I was just breezing through Facebook and I saw Jess’ post about Superman. I thought his fight was over and he was alive. When I read all the messages below I became distraught. Frank was such a good man and good neighbor. I will remember him as vibrant and helpful and a good laugh. He had a wonderful smile
And he never hesitated to lend a hand to us like helping us with the boat. We went thru hurricane Sandy together. Having a neighbor like him made life that much more enjoyable. We know how much Joan will miss him . We are quite sad . We live in the Florida keys so are unable to pay respects in person but please know we are thinking of all of you.
