Ruth was a constant ray of sunshine. She will be missed by all of her brothers and sisters at “The Labs.”
She’d give me that blank look and I’d think, “Oh man am I in trouble now.” Then she’d wink and chuckle and off we’d go, all the better, for her time with us there.

My heart goes out to Dieter and Ruth's family. She was truly a caring, kind person and a woman of faith. I will always think of her as caring for God's creatures, feeding injured birds she found in her yard with eye droppers and nursing them and other animals back to health. She deeply and selflessly cared.
I have known and been friends with Ruth since first grade at Englishtown School. That friendship has been a blessing in my life. We were partners for First Holy Communion and Confirmation at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church. We were both on the short side so ended up in the front and side-by-side. She was very bright and intelligent, often in advanced or honors classes at Freehold Regional High School, but she was always humble and "just Ruth."
I will miss her greatly. Her memory will always bring a smile to my face and warmth to my heart.
