Obituary of Norman B. Decher

Norman B. Decher, 68, of Freehold Township passed away on November 2, 2022 at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune Township. He was a lifelong resident of Freehold. He served in the United States Marine Corps from 1972 to 1978. Norman was predeceased by his parents, Harry Decher, Sr. and Edith Mikkelson Decher, and two brothers, George Decher, Sr. and Peter Decher. Surviving are three brothers, Harry Decher, Jr. Ernest E. Decher, and David W. Decher; and three sisters, Mabel Schuler, Norma M. Penkunis, and Edith Wagner. Services will be held at the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Arneytown on Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to the Wounded Warrior Project https://www.woundedwarriorproject.org/ would be appreciated.
