Obituary of Jacqueline Ann (Jackie) Kowalski Glovich
Jacqueline (Jackie) Ann Kowalski Glovich, of Freehold passed away on Sunday, November 13, 2022.
Jackie was born in Neptune Township and resided in Freehold most of her life. She was a graduate of Freehold Regional High School, Class of 1963 and the Wilfred Academy of Beauty Culture.
She came from a large family of Freehold citizens and was very proud of them all. She was predeceased by her father, Edward Kowalski in 1974; her mother, Mary Higgins Kowalski, a sister, Bonnie, and brother, Kenny all who passed away in 2008, and her sons-in-law Thomas X. Coppinger in 2006, and William A. Culver, Jr. in 2018.
Surviving are her husband, Lawrence A. Glovich; daughters Denise Glovich Culver and Kelli Glovich Coppinger; granddaughters Heather Culver D’Amico (Adam), Courtney Culver Lopez (Jay), and Brianna Coppinger; and four great grandsons who brought joy and a smile to her face all the way from Texas-Derek D’Amico (5), Jace D’Amico (4), Cadence D’Amico (5 months), and Eren Lopez (5 months). Also surviving is her sister, Connie; a sister-in-law, Sally Kowalski; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Jackie collected many things over the years, but garden gnomes are the one thing that will forever make her family smile and think of her. She will be greatly missed by all who loved her.
She died on the 14th anniversary of her brother's passing and she is now joining him and the rest of her late family in heaven “hanging with her gnomies”.
The viewing will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home on Thursday from 4 to 8 pm A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Rose of Lima Church, Freehold on Friday at 10:30 a.m. followed by interment at the parish cemetery. Memorial donations to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Memphis, TN would be appreciated.
