Obituary of Barbara Ann Waters

Barbara Ann ‘Bobby” Waters, 78, of Millstone Township passed away on Friday, October 21, 2022 at Monroe Village Health Care Center, Monroe Township. She was born in Neptune Township and was a lifelong resident of Millstone Township. She was employed at the McGraw Hill, Hightstown for over 55 years before her retirement. Bobby was a member of the United Presbyterian Church of Millstone. She was predeceased by her parents, Howard D. Waters, Sr. and Hazel Northop Waters; and a friend Faye Groendyke. Surviving are a longtime friend, Morrell Date; a brother, Howard Dawson Waters, Jr. and wife, Kathy; a sister, Estelle W. D’Amico and husband Frank; her nieces and nephews, Frank D’Amico, Jr. and wife Linda, R. Scott D’Amico and wife Cindy, E. Diane Aronson and husband Scott, Howard D. Waters, III, Melissa Weidmayer and husband Joseph, Amanda Romagnoli and husband Matt, and Kegan Dunne-Porter and wife Kaileen; and great nieces and nephews, F. Charles, Emmalyn, Michelle, Mitchell, Matthew, Austin, Elly, Emma, Jack, Emerson, Kennedy, and Camdyn. The viewing will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Monday from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at United Presbyterian Church of Millstone, 211 Millstone Road, Millstone Township on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. followed by interment at Old Tennent Cemetery, Tennent.
