Obituary of Frances Rose Cinoa
Frances Rose Cinoa, 88, passed away on Saturday, October 15, 2022 in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest. Born on August 11, 1934 in Brooklyn, NY, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Stella (Werzechowski) Delio.
She married the love of her life, Bernard Cinoa, and celebrated 39 years before his passing in 2000. Frances was an active member with St. Jane Frances de Chantal Catholic Church, being a part of the Women’s Group and Respect Life Ministry.
Frances is survived by her sons, Paul Cinoa and his wife, Grace Reynolds of Palmer Twp, PA; Francis Cinoa and his significant other, Jane Jiang of Jackson, NJ; daughters, Mary Raefski and her husband, Jeffrey of High Bridge, NJ; Stella Barry and husband, Michael of West Chester, PA; grandchildren, Nicholas, Timothy, Jonathan, Sophia, Victoria, Lucille, Abigail, Margaret, and Anna.
In addition to her parents and husband, Frances was preceded in death by her sister, Marie Delio Phillips.
Frances was a nurturing mother, a devoted and adoring wife, and a proud grandmother. She was also a caring friend and kind soul to many. She made a lasting impression on everyone she met, and showed true interest in who they were and how they were doing. Frances loved to talk! She made countless daily phone calls to check in with others. She lived her dream of being able to stay home while raising her children before returning to work part time in various capacities as they got older. Frances was an active member of her community and church. She lived a beautiful life even though it was certainly filled with many struggles at times. She was extremely grateful for her strong faith and the love of all of her family and friends. Frances will truly be missed but her spirit will live on.
Calling hours will be held on Friday, October 21, 2022 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.) followed by a funeral service.
Additional calling hours will be held on Saturday, October 22, 2022 from 8:45 am until 10:15 am in Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold, NJ.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 11:00 am in St. Gabriel Catholic Church, 100 N. Main Street, Marlboro, NJ followed by interment in St. Gabriel’s Mausoleum, 549 Route 520, Marlboro, NJ.
