Obituary of William Kenneth Frank

William Kenneth Frank, 63, of Freehold, NJ passed peacefully, surrounded by his loved ones on Sept. 30th, 2022. William was known by many as Bill or Billy, but if you asked him, his favorite was Dad. Bill is survived by his two cherished daughters, Fallyn Frank of Queens, NY and Farrah Frank of Dallas, TX. He also leaves behind his beloved older brother, Steven J. Frank of Farmingdale, NJ and his closest friend and cousin, George R. Wournell Jr. of Freehold, NJ. He was predeceased by his parents Ruth (Piatkowski) and Herbert H. Frank, and his eldest brother, Herbert H. Frank Jr. To all those who knew Bill, they knew that one of his life's greatest passions was football. His love for the game began as a youth with Freehold Pop Warner, was strengthened as a teen during his time at Valley Forge Military Academy, and solidified as an adult as a life-long loyal fan of the Dallas Cowboys. Second to football, he loved everything that was fast and loud, whether it was his ‘33 Ford, his custom Harley Davidson, or Guns-n-Roses. Bill had an immense unwavering love for his family and his faith. He will be affectionately remembered by all whose lives were touched by him and his captivating smile. A Memorial Gathering will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Tuesday, October 4, 2022 from 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m.
