Obituary of Elizabeth Morton Lloyd

Elizabeth Morton Lloyd, 91, of Howell Township died on Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at Imperial Care Center, Neptune Township. Mrs. Lloyd was born in Lakewood and a lifelong Howell resident. She was a school bus aide for the Freehold Regional High School District for 24 years before her retirement. Her husband, Frederick Lloyd, died in 1991 and a son, Raymond Lloyd, died in 2021. Surviving are a son, Kenneth Lloyd and wife Barbara; two daughters, Joan Burroughs and George Cornwell and Kathy Lloyd Okerson and husband Charles; a brother, Lawrence Morton; her former daughter-in-law, Gail Lloyd; nine grandchildren and their spouses, Christopher Burroughs, Wendy Burroughs, Charles and Jennifer Okerson, Jared and Alysan Okerson, Kyle and Christina Okerson, Alex Lloyd, William Lloyd and fiancé Kristen, Ashley Lloyd, and Hunter Lloyd; and ten great grandchildren. The viewing will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Thursday, September 29, 3022 from 4 to 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Friday, September 30, 2022 at 10 a.m. followed by entombment at Monmouth Memorial Park Mausoleum, Tinton Falls.
